University of Southern California offers more than 115 complete units in
physical therapy. In order to reach 115 units, the program consists of six
semesters and there are also two summer courses. In addition, the university
has made it mandatory as part of their curriculum for 3 years to gain clinical
experience during your studies. After you have successfully completed your
three years, USC graduate school will give you the title D.P.T., Doctor of
Physical Therapy degree. To complete your study successfully, you must have a
minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 in all your study programs. Besides being
academically superior, USC requires award recipients to meet all professional
standards and to pass all clinical registrations.
